Eva Martin

1873 – 1909

Eva Martin, of 828 South 4th Street, was born on September 1, 1873.  She died on June 10, 1909 and was survived by H. E. Martin, of Martin Insurance Company, Chickasha.  Their eight-year-old son, Raymond, preceded her in death in 1903.  The monument that is shown on the CAAC Rose Hill Historical Cemetery Tour posters is located at Eva’s gravesite.  The monument is made of hand carved marble and came from Italy.
